Couples Therapy
Big life transitions don’t just affect you. They shape your whole family.
When you go through fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, or other major transitions, it’s not just your world that shifts.
Your partner feels it too. When you’re navigating more than you’ve ever had to, the relationship you’ve built together changes, sometimes in ways you didn’t expect.
You deserve tools, support, and understanding to get through it together.
Sessions
Sessions may include psychoeducation on the nervous system, trauma recovery work, attachment-based therapy, and practical exercises to help you reconnect in real life, not just in the therapy room.
50-minute session – $225
Private pay only (superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement)
Sliding scale spots offered as available
This is a space for both of you.
Whether you’re:
Pregnant and getting ready to welcome another person into your family
Adjusting to new parenthood and feeling disconnected
Managing the emotional impact of infertility, loss, or high-risk pregnancies
Healing from trauma that’s affecting intimacy or trust
Trying to juggle parenting, careers, and the relationship you had before
Simply wanting to communicate better before challenges stack up
Couples therapy is about creating a safe, guided space where both voices are heard and both needs matter.
How I work with couples
I combine my expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep understanding of trauma, perinatal mental health, and nervous system regulation.
I also specialize in supporting interracial couples, helping partners navigate the unique layers of identity, culture, and belonging that shape their relationship.
We’ll work together to:
Understand the stress and emotional patterns playing out between you
Rebuild safety, trust, and emotional connection
Develop communication tools that actually work when things get tense
Strengthen your relationship as you move through this season
Your relationship is the foundation of your life.
It impacts everything… how safe you feel, how supported you feel, how steady the ground beneath you seems.
When cracks appear, it can feel like the whole world has tilted off its axis.
Let’s make it steady again.
