Support Group for Moms Impacted by the Eaton Fire
You are not alone.
This fall, I’m offering a small, trauma-informed support group created specifically for mothers impacted by the Eaton Fire. Whether you lost your home, your sense of safety, or are still feeling the ripple effects in your body and nervous system, this group is a grounded space to process, connect, and begin to heal in community.
As both a therapist and a fellow mom who walked through this fire, I know the grief, overwhelm, and invisible weight it left behind. Together, we’ll use gentle conversation, psychoeducation, and somatic practices for nervous system regulation to tend to what’s still tender, side by side.

Postpartum Support Group for New Moms
Because motherhood shouldn’t feel so lonely.
Becoming a mother is one of life’s most profound transitions, and yet so many women walk through it feeling anxious, unseen, or overwhelmed. This group is for new moms navigating the emotional terrain of early motherhood… whether you’re in the thick of sleepless nights, adjusting to your new identity, processing a difficult birth, or simply needing a space where you don’t have to do it alone.

As a licensed perinatal therapist and mom of three, I know firsthand how tender this season can be. This group offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to share what’s real, find support, and gather practical tools for tending to your nervous system and emotional well-being.

$65 per 75-minute session
