Hi, I’m Ruth. I’m a big believer that there is power in saying, “Actually, everything’s not fine.”
Because that moment, the one where you stop pretending, is the first step back to yourself.
As a licensed therapist and integrative health coach, I’ve spent more than a decade supporting women through the mess and magic of modern womanhood.
My approach blends trauma-informed therapy with somatic and mind-body practices like EMDR, IFS, and nervous system healing… so we’re not just talking about what’s hard, we’re actually shifting it.
