Supporting you through every stage of your journey into motherhood.

Your Motherhood Therapist

Offering compassionate, holistic perinatal therapy for every stage of the journey into motherhood. Whether you're carrying new life, grieving a loss, healing from birth, or adjusting to life with a new baby, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Pregnancy, birth, and new motherhood have the power to transform every part of your life.

You may have imagined this season would feel joyful, exciting, and natural.

Instead, you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, heartbroken, or unlike yourself.

Maybe you're carrying the weight of a pregnancy loss.

Replaying a difficult birth.

Wondering why your mind won't slow down.

Or questioning why motherhood feels so much harder than you expected.

Whatever your story looks like, you don't have to navigate it alone.

The emotional changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum are real. They can affect your mind, your body, your relationships, and your sense of self.

But healing is possible.

Imagine feeling calmer, more connected, and more like yourself again.

Imagine moving through this season with greater confidence, self-compassion, and hope.

Together, we'll create a space where you can process your experiences, find your footing again, and move toward the life, and motherhood you've been longing for.

We’re here to help you get there.

My approach to perinatal therapy

No two women heal the same way.

That's why I tailor therapy to your unique story, personality, and nervous system rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Together we'll create a space where you can slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and begin healing with compassion instead of judgment.

Depending on your needs, therapy may integrate:

  • EMDR for trauma and difficult experiences

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Somatic and nervous system regulation

  • Attachment-based therapy

  • Practical tools to help you navigate everyday life

Healing isn't about becoming the person you were before motherhood.

It's about caring for the woman you're becoming.

You deserve support, too.

As mothers, we're often taught to focus on everyone else's needs first.

But your well-being matters.

When you feel supported, you're better able to care for yourself, connect with your relationships, and show up for the people you love.

Seeking therapy isn't a sign that you're failing.

It's a courageous step toward healing.
